School of Pharmacy - Supplemental Application

To complete the supplemental application the applicant will need to have completed the PharmCAS application and have the associated PharmCAS ID available as well as PCAT scores and for international applicants all necessary TOEFL information.
All required information (marked in red) from each section must be completed, sections will show as incomplete untill such time as all required fields have been filled.
When all sections have been completed, the applicant must complete the payment process before the application may be submitted for review. If you you have received (or believe you will be receiving) a waiver for the application costs, please contact the School of Pharmacy via the information below to have your waiver applied. Once your waiver has been applied you will be able to submit your application for review.
Please note: You must have a valid social security number in order for this application to be processed. No applications can be processed without entering your social security number for submission. Once your application has been processed, your social security number will be replaced with your marshall account id (901) number.
